• All accommodations in Munnar and Thekkady will be Non-A/C, considering the cool climate in these regions.
• Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis with complimentary breakfast.
• Exclusive houseboat experience including all meals: welcome drink, snacks, tea, lunch, dinner, breakfast, mineral water, etc.
  • Houseboat check-in: 12:00 PM, cruising until 5:30 PM.
  • Boat anchored overnight until 7:00 AM, with cruising for checkout at 9:00 AM.
  • A/C operation from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Transportation as per the itinerary with a friendly English/Hindi-speaking driver-cum-guide throughout the trip.
• Pickup and drop from Cochin Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station.
• All sightseeing, land transfers, and inter-hotel transfers are included.
• Driver allowances, tolls, parking, road taxes, fuel charges, and interstate charges are included.
• Children below 5 years sharing the same bed with parents are complimentary.
• Personal expenses and entrance fees at sightseeing locations are not included.
• GST @ 5% applicable.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, if applicable.
• Package rates are calculated based on the hotels mentioned. In case the room type is not specified, the rate is based on the standard room category.
• Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment and hotel availability.
• If the specified hotels are unavailable, alternative options will be provided, which may result in a revised package rate.
  • Should the new options not meet your preferences, the advance payment will be fully refunded (no service charge), provided the decision is communicated within one day of receiving the new hotel list.
• No changes to hotels will be made without prior consent.
• Hotels are selected based on budget and verified guest feedback.
  • Guests are encouraged to review hotel ratings and locations to ensure alignment with preferences before confirming the package.

Any extra bed or breakfast for children not included in the package must be paid directly at the hotel, as per hotel policy.
